Seaview Terrace
One of our most popular summer ceremony sites, the Seaview Terrace is a picturesque setting for your dream wedding.
The Terrace is a beautifully laid brick patio that opens up onto a manicured lawn. It looks out over Semiahmoo Bay
and British Columbia's treasured White Rock coast. The Seaview Terrace can accommodate up to 200 guests and can
be set almost any way you like. This outdoor setting is the perfect place to say, "I do."
Victoria Room
The Victoria Room, with its wall of windows overlooking White Rock, British Columbia, and Semiahmoo Bay is the perfect
venue for a smaller intimate wedding. With access to a peaceful courtyard and our Seaview Terrace, the Victoria Room
offers a classy setting for up to 60 people for a reception or a rehearsal dinner.
Pierside Dock
Adjacent to the Pierside Room, the dock has views of Semiahmoo Bay and White Rock, B.C.
From late spring to early fall, the dock is the ideal location for a mid-sized ceremony with a reception following in the Pierside Room.
Pierside Room
The grand views from two expansive walls of windows combined with access to the outdoor wrap-around deck over the water,
make the Pierside Room an ideal setting for a true Pacific Northwest-style wedding. Its high wood-beamed ceilings and
mahogany wood tables provide a unique setting appropriate for any event. The Pierside Room is ideal for groups up to
100 people and offers direct access to a ceremony on the Pierside dock.
Pavilion Tent
Situated on the back deck of the hotel with views of White Rock, British Columbia, and Semiahmoo Bay, this elegant tent provides
an ideal setting for a sophisticated outdoor wedding reception. Complete with a chiffon liner and removable
walls with windows, the Pavilion Tent provides a unique and festive atmosphere. The Pavilion Tent is available May – September,
with space heaters available as needed. The adjacent dock provides a picturesque setting for a outdoor ceremony or post ceremony
cocktail reception.
Tent Dock
Adjacent to the Pavilion Tent, the tent dock can seat up to 200 people with stunning views of Semiahmoo Bay, Blaine and White Rock, B.C.
From late spring to early fall, the dock is the perfect location for a mid to large-sized ceremony with a reception to follow in the Pavilion Tent.
Loomis Trail Mansion
Approximately seven miles from the resort, our Tudor-style mansion with crystal chandeliers, a grand staircase,
numerous fireplaces and 15 guest rooms is the perfect setting for an exclusive, elegant wedding. Built in 1992,
the Loomis Trail Mansion boasts several large dining rooms, salons and reception rooms, a large pub-style bar,
a boardroom and a wood-paneled billiard room all with grand views of the golf course. Whether you want a
formal sit-down dinner for up to 180 people or a festive dance party with multiple buffet stations, Loomis Trail sets the mood.
Loomis Trail Garden Plaza
Located at the south end of our Loomis Trail Mansion, the new Garden Plaza is the perfect setting for a garden-style wedding.
A tiered stepped stage area, framed by wood columns and a pergola, surrounded by lush foliage, flowers, walkways and grass areas
make this a wonderful site for a spring, summer or fall wedding. The Garden Plaza can accommodate up to 250 people in
tiered theater seating.
Semiahmoo Clubhouse Pavilion
Our Clubhouse Pavilion, located at the Semiahmoo Golf & Country Club, surrounded by towering cedar trees and overlooking our golf course,
ponds and fountains, is the newest addition to the Semiahmoo Resort experience. Encompassing 3,600 square feet, the structure
provides versatility for your wedding, including ample lighting and heating. Ceremonies can be held under
the pavilion or on the adjacent lawns.
Palmer Room
Located at the Semiahmoo Golf & Country Club, the Palmer Room is a classy private setting for a wedding reception up to 60 people.
Overlooking the golf course, with a fireplace and adjacent patio, the Palmer room is an ideal setting for events year-round,
including rehearsal dinners.
Semiahmoo Ballroom
The Semiahmoo Grand Ballroom is the ideal location to host a large ceremony or reception in an elegant, indoor setting year-round.
With the elegant pre-function area and the ability to section off the ballroom into three ample rooms of 2,170 square feet each,
the Semiahmoo Ballroom offers incredible versatility for your event. With a professional catering staff, impeccable service and
sophisticated décor, the Semiahmoo Ballroom offers nearly unlimited options for weddings up to 300 people.
